Swedish Massage
A classical massage with therapeutic stroking and

It combines three basic strokes to the skin: long,

Bowen is unique in the field of bodywork.

This healing system rapidly re-balances the body

By doing relatively few, gentle "moves" over muscle
and other soft tissue, the whole body is stimulated
it to reset and heal itself. The healing may occur
at all levels as needed, be they structural or
functional, even if long-standing.

Feel the warmth flow through your body.
Stone massage involves the application
of water-heated ocean stones of varying sizes
to key points on the body. In the same way the
sun warmed sand radiates through your body
when you lie on the beach, you will feel the
warmth of the stones radiate through the
layers of your stress and tension; melting
your cares away. After your 90 minute massage,
make sure you have a day of rest and relaxation,
so you can luxuriate in the after glow. The direct
heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation
of a greater intensity than with regular massage.

Special attention to the back
Your session begins with the application of your choice
of essential oils on your back. Next, heated packs
will be placed on your back, warming and relaxing the muscles,
while your body absorbs the essential oils. Then your
therapist will utilize specialized massage techniques to
continue the relaxation processes, working out all those
knots and tight spots.

Aromatherapy
Uses essential oils extracted from nature’s herbs and
flowers. The aroma is inhaled, or applied to the skin,
and each of the oils (or combination thereof) addresses
a specific disorder. The body is able to utilize the healing
properties of the oils through the olfactory system of the
body, and so initiate the healing process. We use only
the purest of essential oils, combined with the nut
free high quality seed oils, applying the essential oil
best suited to your needs.
Aromatherapy may be added to any massage session
for an additional fee of $5.00
Silky hands and feet
Using therapeutic mitts and booties, which are
infused with shea butter, beeswax, soy and
light mandarin essential oils, this all natural,
petroleum free product leaves hands and feet silky soft.
Add onto any massage $7.00 for either just hands or just feet
. $10.00 for both.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
We fully understand that there are times when you will not be able to make your appointment, illness, bad weather, etc. However, last minute cancellations and no shows are really very inconsiderate. No shows and last minute cancellations not only waste our therapists time, but, it takes income away from the therapist, as another client could have been given that time. Therapists are not salaried.
To deter this from happening, we unfortunately have to have a cancellation/no show policy.
Clients will be responsible for the full cost of the service if they do not give 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill the slot.
Due to the commitment of time and therapists, certain services will require pre-payment, which will be fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the service.
