Swedish Massage
A classical massage with therapeutic stroking and kneading of muscle tissue to promote stress relief. It is used to improve circulation, relieve muscle pain and tension, increase flexibility and induce relaxation. It combines three basic strokes to the skin: long, firm strokes; kneading strokes; and small circles. This is the most requested and one of the most enjoyable massages.
Deep Tissue Massage
Used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure or friction. This invigorating experience is a process of detection of stiff or painful areas and then slowly working into the deep layers of muscle tissue.
Pregnancy Massage
We do have a support system that allows the mom-to-be to lie face down.
Benefits of Pregnancy Massage include:
Tranquil relaxation and reduce stress. Relief from muscle cramps, spasms, and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips, and legs. Increase blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling. Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints.

A form of massage which utilizes specific strokes and stretches to help obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning with less chance of injury or pain. It increases power, endurance, and flexibility both before and after an event or workout.

For two people who want a special day together; good friends, couples, parent and child, etc... Each of you will be in your own tranquil, private room; indulge in your own private, luxurious time. Hot Stone Massage
Feel the warmth flow through your body.
Stone massage involves the application of water-heated ocean stones of
varying sizes to key points on the body. In the same way the sun warmed
sand radiates through your body when you lie on the beach, you will
feel the warmth of the stones radiate through the layers of your stress
and tension; melting your cares away. After your 90 minute massage,
make sure you have a day of rest and relaxation, so you can luxuriate in
the after glow. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation
of a greater intensity than with regular massage.
This is NOT recommended for pregnant clients.

Foot & Leg Massage with a touch of Reflexology
Feel the hectic day melt away as you put your feet up and relax! Your session begins with a cleansing of your
feet, followed by application of warm wraps. Then using a lotion
designed for us, your therapist will begin a relaxing massage for your
feet and legs, including a touch of reflexology techniques.

Your
session begins with the application of your choice of essential oils on
your back. Next, heated packs will be placed on your back, warming
and relaxing the muscles, while your body absorbs the essential oils.
Then your therapist will utilize specialized massage techniques to
continue the relaxation processes, working out all those knots and tight
spots.

Aromatherapy
Uses essential oils extracted from nature’s herbs and flowers. The
aroma is inhaled, or applied to the skin, and each of the oils (or
combination thereof) addresses a specific disorder. The body is able to
utilize the healing properties of the oils through the olfactory system
of the body, and so initiate the healing process. We use only the
purest of essential oils, combined with the nut free high quality seed
oils, applying the essential oil best suited to your needs.

Silky hands and feet
Using
therapeutic mitts and booties, which are infused with shea butter,
beeswax, soy and light mandarin essential oils, this all natural,
petroleum free product leaves hands and feet silky soft.
Add onto any massage $7.00 for either just hands or just feet . $10.00 for both.

Packages are a prepaid series of massages, which are offered at a
discounted rate. You may not apply any coupons, or other
discounts/specials to a package. There is no expiration date on a
package. Sorry, no refunds. BUT, they are transferable and may be shared with family and friends.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
We fully understand that there are times when you will not be able to make your appointment, illness, bad weather, etc. However, last minute cancellations and no shows are really very inconsiderate. No shows and last minute cancellations not only waste our therapists time, but, it takes income away from the therapist, as another client could have been given that time. Therapists are not salaried.
To deter this from happening, we unfortunately have to have a cancellation/no show policy.
Clients will be responsible for the full cost of the service if they do not give 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill the slot.
Due to the commitment of time and therapists, certain services will require pre-payment, which will be fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the service.
